Deriding the Left for Fun and Profit
I’ll admit it: I take great pleasure in infuriating the left.
But try as I might, I’m just not as good at it as my friend Jon Caldara, who runs the free-market think tank in Colorado. Yesterday Jon's organization hosted its fourth annual “Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Party,” a fundraiser at the Kiowa Creek Sporting Club. Politically incorrect Coloradans gathered to smoke cigars, enjoy adult beverages, and shoot clay pigeons.
"We're doing this to celebrate individual freedom,” Caldara told the Washington Times. “And to hack off the left. Whenever the left sees responsible adults having fun, they go into nanny shock."
