'Home sweet home: Home school well-protected by Oklahoma Constitution'),
World staff writer Nora Froeschle reported that "as Oklahoma turns 100, so does home-schooling in the state, and many people believe it is one of the friendliest -- if not the friendliest -- state in the nation toward home-schoolers."
She's right. And in a
