$175,000 and Counting ...

I was doing a little back-of-the-envelope calculation this morning and that's what I came up with. That's how much money Susie and I have saved our fellow taxpayers so far by educating our own children at home rather than asking taxpayers to foot the bill. (This is a conservative estimate -- there's no question the real cost is substantially higher. And since our kids are still young, this figure will continue to mount.)
