Some verbal sparring took place recently between budget hawk Tom Coburn and big-spending GOP Sen. Pete Domenici of New Mexico, The Oklahoman reported. "Domenici took a jab at Coburn, saying he was 'a phenomenon, but he isn't that great.'"
