Overhead Overload

Gov. Brad Henry said this week that, even the though the state government is going to have about $300 million less to spend in next year's budget, he doesn't expect state employees to be laid off over the next year or so.

Why not? As I point out today in The Oklahoman, Oklahoma already has far too many government employees.
