Cato Analyst Raps Frank Lucas

I like Congressman Frank Lucas and many of his staffers, but I was intrigued by this post by Cato analyst Tad DeHaven on "Rep. Frank Lucas (R-Farm Subsidies)." Ouch.

Is Mr. DeHaven correct?
