Still Celebrating, 10 Years Later

"Right-to-work states have generally lower unemployment, higher job growth, lower taxes and better business climates," Sean Higgins reported last week in Investor's Business Daily. "They have growing populations and have been attracting businesses from other states." Not content to leave it at that, The Washington Examiner can't resist pointing out that they have better workforces, too.
