It was 12 years ago this month that this photo of Lincoln was taken and that Bob Stoops coached his first game at Oklahoma. The little towhead went to that first home game, and he's been to every one of them since (record: 72 wins, 2 losses).

I've been to all but two of those games with him (back surgery!), and this afternoon we're headed to Norman with Jack Henry and Mary Margaret to watch the winningest program in the modern era try to keep the nation's longest home winning streak alive.

Postgame update: Solid victory. Jack Henry predicted a 45-10 win, I predicted 52-14. Sooners won 47-14.
