On one of our evenings in Colorado we drove to Vail so the girls could go to the
Vail International Dance Festival. They got to sit under stars, surrounded by mountains, and watch dancers from NYCB, ABT, Boston, and Dance Theatre of Harlem. I can't think of a more beautiful place to watch the ballet.
And while the girls were at the ballet, the boys and I walked around Vail Village, ate ice cream, and went to the most amazing playground. It was near the Betty Ford Gardens and was surrounded by gorgeous flowers and waterfalls. The playground had many different slides and things to climb on, and the weather and the mountains in the background made it even better. Oliver loved it!
