Getting All Buddy-Buddy

Jack Henry and I had a great time at the Bedlam game in Stillwater last night as the Sooners held on to win a nail-biter. It was OU's eighth victory in the last nine Bedlam games, increasing their series lead to 135-95. One highlight came after the game when Buddy Hield came up to Jack Henry and me (he remembered us from OU's father-son basketball camp), stuck out his hand, and said, "What's up, shooters?" (Hey, I can't help it if we've been champions of the, ahem, free throw, hot shot, and "21" competitions.)

In all, it was a good night for Buddy and for my little buddy.
