Gov. Fallin Wants to Reduce Your Income Tax

The Oklahoma House of Representatives recently passed HB 2032, authored by Speaker T.W. Shannon in the House and President Pro Tempore Brian Bingman in the Senate. It lowers Oklahoma's top income tax rate from 5.25 percent to 5.0 percent. Here's hoping the Senate passes it soon so Gov. Mary Fallin can sign it into law. (Oddly enough, despite overwhelming GOP majorities, this is no sure thing.)
