Great Moments in OU Fundraising

There's no telling how many millions of dollars petroleum companies have donated to the University of Oklahoma School of Geology and Geophysics.

I'm sure these companies would be amused to learn that for one of the school's professors, Michael J. Soreghan, global warming is a moral issue, and his message to his students is that science and economics highlight the problem and provide a way forward. He only hopes that his students' "own moral compasses point toward a path in which they demand divestment from carbon-based companies, reduce their own consumption, invest in green energy, and support a price on carbon emissions."
